Love your new songs, John! Especially love "Waterloo Sunset"!! The January show at The Barns was excellent - great to hear the young musicians you had with you. And I had no idea you could play so many instruments, well practically anything you put your hands on turns into something glorious and fun! Thanks for all the years of music!

Hi John, how are you? I was on Facebook and suddenly your name was on the right side where the ads show up. It had to be fate. There is no way that your ad could have found its way to my page without it. I am going to try to get to Wolf Trap Barns on the 16th. Even if I have to come by myself. Just thinking about you today. Listening to Buddy and thinking about writing. Julia started Pre-School today, which is, of course, impossible. We played "Name That Tune" in the car on the way to school. First I guessed, then she guessed, then she said, "OK Mommy, now you sing and try to guess your own song!". I got it on the second try :) What a trip this has been. Coming your way in November. Sure would like to see you...

I picked up up your "Buddy" CD at an MCC concert in Clearwater, it seems like a really long time ago. Loved the show and have been listening to your CD ever since. In fact I was just listening to it and thought why not Google that guy.
When I found your site it was like someone hit me with one dollar bill and a half pack of Newports. Glad to see you really are doin' OK. I will be getting your new stuff from CDBaby, soon!

Hi John, I apoligize for trying to get information to Mary thru you but you are the closest I could find to her Myself and my partner of 20 plus years were listening and following you since the 1990's in Ma We loved going to your concerts I recently lost both my partner (Carrie) and our beatiful golden Callie both to cancer and I read that May had lost her beautiful Golden also. I heard she was not well herself and hope she is feeling better. Have loved your musicianship, and have been thrilled with your work on the new Mary Chapin Carpenter cd. I know she 's scheduled for Vienna in June, but I hope other DC-area dates can be worked out (maybe the Birchmere in Alexandria?).

Its great to hear your work on the new Mary Chapin Carpenter cd. I have enjoyed getting to see you play several times. I wish you'd come out here to play on your own. Do you have any solo cd's available? You played a solo on a tv special a few years back the song was amazing. I'm writing to say thank you for the years of great music. I'm going through radiation treatment for a brain tumor, I WILL BEAT THIS!!! I'm using Mary's music along with music from JImmy Buffett and positive thinking and a sense of humor will get me through. I have lost track of you over the past several years. Judy and I last saw you in Greenville, SC. Taka told me that he saw you in LA. Taka came to S.C. to visit with Judy and me last summer. He wants totry to get us together again...you, me, Tex, and Taka. That would be a hoot. That would be part of the sixth grade rock and roll band your bio mentions! Havn't stopped thinging about you and Mary Chapin since she asked me to come forward at the Ritacco Center in Jersey when my sister Cathy and I were dancing and getting into "He Thinks He'll keep Her" but then chickened-out....Why I'll never know.
